Alisa, Hope, and Kelly are available to greet and help you with any questions regarding appointments, treatment plans, insurance, financing options, and payments. Together they have more than 30 years of combined experience working in various surgical fields. They have the knowledge to explain treatment plans, and the ability to answer most questions that may arise. That said, the constant change in insurance plan benefits makes keeping up with benefit details very challenging. If you have a policy plan book, feel free to bring it with you to your first visit. We can review the book together to pinpoint possible coverage for your proposed surgery. If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please allow us 24 hours notice when possible.

Oral Surgical Staff
Ashley, Catherine, Ciera, and Erica are members of our surgical team. They have more than 15 years combined experience in assisting a full range of oral surgery procedures, and are certified by the State of Tennessee in the monitoring of patients undergoing anesthesia. Along with being CPR certified, all of our surgical assistants have completed the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination (DAANCE) Program. Not only do Ashley, Catherine, Ciera, and Erica provide surgical assistance for in-office procedures, but also they assist in hospital-based surgeries at Tennova Healthcare-Cleveland. In addition to the technical skills needed, all of our surgical assistants strive to provide each patient with the personal attention necessary to make them feel welcome, comfortable, and at ease.
